At iRave Essentials, we strive to ensure your gear arrives safely and on time, so you're always prepared for your next festival or rave.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping (Domestic):
- Delivery within 5-7 business days. $4.00
- Delivery within 3-5 business days. $6.50

Expedited Shipping (Domestic):
- Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Flat rate of $10.75 for expedited shipping.

Orders Over $70
- FREE Standard 5-7 business days.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
Shipping Delays:
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues may occur. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
iRave Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately.
